Professional Expertise
For two decades, Alejandro has advised and represented Fortune 500 companies and other well-known companies around the world to establish, operate, monitor and grow their investments in Mexico and Latin America.

Alejandro specializes in assisting companies with their initial expansion into Mexico and Latin America, as well as helping established companies with all aspects of conducting international business.

Alejandro maintains a diverse practice representing companies in a broad range of industries, including energy, hospitality (developers, managers and financing), private equity, real estate and retail (including direct sales), and has represented clients in various transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate and tax structuring, project finance and project management. He also have experience in anti-corruption assessment, compliance, consumer law, due diligence assessments, expert witness, human resource and labor law, litigation assessments and privacy law.

Drawing upon his over 20 years of experience, he consistently provides high-quality legal services to his clients.
