Ivana belongs to the Corporate M&A team at SMPS Legal. Before joining the law firm, Ivana was intern of corporate law within the legal department of Continental Tire de México, participating in the management of business corporations and corporate daily requirements.

She is currently holding the last year of her Law Degree at the Universidad Iberoamericana of Mexico City.
