Alejandro is a legal intern in the Corporate Law practice at SMPS. He has recently completed his undergraduate studies in Law at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).

Alejandro has experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, incorporating companies, and implementing compliance and corporate governance standards.

Before joining the SMPS Legal team, Alejandro gained professional experience in the area of human rights violations at ITAM’s Clinic for Grave Human Rights Violations, as well as in Notarial (Corporate) Law at Notary Office No. 179 in Mexico City.
