Juan Carlos specializes in corporate law, mainly with companies of the energy sector as well as the service industry.

He also has experience in the incorporation and registration of companies, preparation of all documents related to the life of the companies.

Previous to joining SMPS, Juan Carlos worked for seven years in the Tribunal Electoral del Estado de Michoacán.

He obtained his Law Degree from the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo in 2009.
