(Mexico), SMPS Professional Services Corporation (Canada), SMPS Legal SAS (Colombia) and Alejandro Ortiz Consulting, PLLC (Dallas). Its members are separate law firms, duly incorporated, owned, and managed by their respective members, partners, or other principals.

SMPS Legal’s members may refer business to each other, but each firm provides legal and other services only in accordance with the relevant laws of the jurisdictions in which such entities operate.

The use of the name “SMPS”, “SMPS Legal” and words or phrases such as “firm” or “law firm” is for convenience only and does not imply that all or any of such entities are in partnership together, accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of each other, or have assumed a joint professional responsibility for each other’s clients.

Each person listed on the website is identified to the offices associated with that individual and the use of the word “partner” relates exclusively to that individual relationship with a particular office.
