Aarón is an associate at SMPS Legal and a member of the firm’s Corporate practice. He advises domestic and international clients on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing transactions, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and corporate labor matters.

He has been involved in a range of corporate and transactional matters, supporting clients in the structuring and execution of transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of agreements, corporate documentation, financing instruments, due diligence processes, compliance frameworks, and investment structures.

Aarón regularly advises on acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and investment projects, with a focus on risk identification, transaction structuring, and the implementation of practical, business-oriented solutions that enhance legal certainty and operational efficiency.
