Aaron is currently on his last year of law school at Escuela Libre de Derecho.

In his role at SMPS Legal, he is part of the corporate and transactional team, participating in the drafting of multiple contracts and agreements, different types of transactional operations, foreign investment, as well as the drafting, negotiation and follow-up of agreements related to the constitution and termination of trusts, financing operations, purchase and sale of shares and assets, among others.
