Britany Becerril is a Law Clerk at SMPS Legal and a member of the firm’s Tax Litigation practice. She is currently pursuing her fourth year of the Law Degree at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

Prior to joining SMPS Legal, Britany gained experience as a Research and Consulting Assistant at Pronóstico y Estrategia, where she participated in consulting engagements and regulatory analysis projects involving technological solutions for municipal governments.

She has also been involved in international research initiatives involving Mexico, Ecuador, and Spain. In addition, she holds the Map the System Learning Programme certification from the University of Oxford, focused on systems thinking, complex problem analysis, and the study of social challenges.
