Daniel has consolidated his professional experience in the fields of antitrust and foreign trade, with a specialized focus on pre-merger filings.

He has been involved in representing economic agents in national and international transactions before the Mexican competition authority. He has experience in investigation procedures related to absolute and relative monopolistic practices, leniency programs, pre-merger notifications, and corporate compliance programs.

Daniel holds a Law degree from Universidad Anáhuac México (2025).

Prior to joining SMPS Legal, Daniel gained experience at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C., where he worked in the Antitrust practice.
