Enrique Silva is a Law Clerk at SMPS Legal and a member of the firm’s Corporate Governance practice. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at Universidad Iberoamericana.

Prior to joining SMPS Legal, Enrique was a member of the Corporate practice at Acedo Santamarina, S.C., where he gained experience in the drafting and review of commercial agreements, as well as corporate, regulatory, and real estate matters, advising both domestic and international clients.

At SMPS Legal, Enrique is involved in the preparation and review of corporate and contractual documentation, as well as corporate and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, supporting the implementation of legal solutions for domestic and international clients.
