Francisco Roque Flores

Francisco Roque Flores is a law clerk in the tax litigation department at SMPS Legal. He is currently in his third semester of law school at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

Roque’s background is primarily in civil litigation, where he gained experience at RMA Abogados, as well as a foundation in criminal litigation at Roque Burelo & Asc., where he provided support and follow-up for various legal proceedings.

At SMPS Legal, he is part of the litigation team, where he actively participates in monitoring, follow up, and administrative processes specific to the tax area.
