Frida has built her professional experience within the Corporate Law team, with a specialized focus on real estate, banking, and compliance matters.

She advises legal entities, both domestic and foreign, on matters such as the structuring and execution of real estate transactions, the formation and administration of trusts, capital calls, and the identification and mitigation of legal contingencies associated with such projects. She has also worked with companies on the design and implementation of internal compliance policies.

Frida holds a Law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), with a concentration in Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Finance.

Prior to joining SMPS Legal, she gained practical experience in civil and commercial litigation at the law firm CAMYA Abogados. She later expanded her expertise in corporate law while working at the firm Business, Law and Policies. Complementing her academic and professional background, she participated in the 2023 International Commercial Arbitration Moot (MOOT).
