María Fernanda holds a law degree from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México (2024).

Before joining SMPS Legal, María Fernanda developed skills and experience in legal research at the Centro de Investigación en Ciencias Jurídicas of the School of Law of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México. During this period, she supported José Benjamín Bernal Suárez, PhD in Law, focusing on the Human Rights line of research.

She is currently a Law Clerk at SMPS Legal, being part of the corporate and transactional team, giving her the opportunity to apply her knowledge in a professional environment. Her focus on human rights demonstrates her commitment to important causes. Undoubtedly, her combination of skills and experience positions her to make a significant contribution to the legal field.
