Montserrat Castañeda belongs to the Tax Litigation team at SMPS Legal and she is currently studying attorney at law at the Universidad Panamericana.

Before joining SMPS Legal, Monserrat developed her experience at Bufete Jurídico Social at the Universidad Panamericana, supporting on various pro bono matters. Additionally, she was part of the General Council of the Judiciary, in charge of different administrative matters.
