SMPS Legal advised KIO in the acquisition of a data center operator Zetta in Colombia
MEXICO CITY, MEXICO, April 27th, 2023 – SMPS Legal advised Kio Networks in connection with the Mexican tax aspects of the acquisition of shares of the Colombian entity which main asset is real estate located in Colombia.
KIO, I Squared Capital’s Data Center and Digital Infrastructure platform for Latin America, has acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Zetta Complex Operation.
