Sarahí Esparza is a Law Clerk at SMPS Legal and a member of the firm’s Corporate Governance and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practices. She is currently pursuing her third year of the Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) program at the Faculty of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

She has focused her academic training on international commercial arbitration and dispute resolution. In the most recent edition of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, she participated in the preparation of memoranda, legal research, and oral advocacy in legal English before panels in Paris, Hamburg, and Vienna. Together with her university delegation, she was awarded first place in the pre-moot competition.

She has been awarded scholarships to pursue academic studies abroad, further strengthening her international perspective and legal education.
