Mari Yoli is a Senior Associate in the tax practice, with more than 10 years of experience advising on corporate and transactional matters involving both domestic and cross-border operations. Her practice focuses on tax advisory, international taxation, estate planning, structuring and wealth management, as well as mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and corporate reorganizations.

She regularly advises high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and multinational companies across the financial, investment, and corporate sectors, with a focus on investment structuring and the implementation of tax optimization strategies. She has participated in complex transactional matters, integrating legal, financial, and business considerations.

She holds a Law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana (2015) and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (2018). She has further strengthened her profile through an International MBA from EAE Business School in Barcelona, in collaboration with the Universitat de Lleida (2025), the Specialization Lab in PMI Project Management & Agile Scrum from EAE Business School (2025), and the Advanced Business Analytics and Data-Driven Management Program from MIT Sloan School of Management (2025). She also holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Law from the Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (2024).
