Carlos specializes in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, real estate, and transactional projects in general.

Carlos has over five years of experience assisting and advising national and international clients in corporate matters, including corporate secretarial services, corporate governance, and foreign investment, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of agreements, mergers and acquisitions, incorporation and modification of trusts and various financing transactions.

Before joining SMPS Legal, Carlos worked as part of the corporate-transactional team in Santamarina y Steta, S.C.
