David Salvador Nolasco Granados is an attorney with over 13 years of experience in tax and administrative law, specializing in strategic litigation and tax consulting. Throughout his career, he has worked both in the public sector and at prestigious law firms, developing a comprehensive understanding of the Mexican tax system.

He represented taxpayers in defense proceedings before the Federal Administrative Justice Tribunal, filed constitutional challenges against tax regulations, and actively participated in audits, tax refund processes, and negotiations before PRODECON. His experience also includes tax review in mergers and acquisitions, as well as handling information requests from tax authorities.

In the public sector, he served as Department Head at the Tax Administration Service (SAT), both in the Central Litigation Administration for Large Taxpayers and the General Administration of Hydrocarbons.

He holds a master’s degree and postgraduate studies in Tax Law from Universidad Anáhuac.
