Gonzalo Breña specializes in tax law, with over 8 years of experience advising clients on high-profile transactions and tax structuring across various jurisdictions. He has built his professional career at prestigious local and international firms, including Deloitte LLP in London.

Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams on restructuring projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financing, excelling in tax consulting with national and international implications.

Gonzalo graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana (2014) and holds an LL.M. in International Tax Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (2021), which enhances his ability to understand and navigate complex global tax environments. His experience goes through various industries, including real estate, TMT, energy, hospitality, private equity and investment funds.
