Ximena has consolidated her professional experience in the field of tax consulting, with a specialized focus on corporate restructurings and M&A transactions.

She advises domestic and foreign corporations on strategic tax issues to ensure compliance with their tax obligations, particularly in the implementation of corporate restructurings and the use of transparent vehicles.

She also provides advice to foundations and associations authorized to receive income tax-deductible donations, as well as to those interested in obtaining such authorization.

Ximena holds a law degree from Universidad Anáhuac México (2024).

Before joining SMPS Legal, she worked in the tax consulting area at Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa, providing advice to optimize the tax structures of multinational groups.
