Ximena has consolidated her professional experience in the field of tax consulting, with a specialized focus on corporate restructures, due diligence, and M&A operations (mergers and acquisitions).

Ximena is an intern in the Tax Consulting area of SMPS Legal. She is currently studying the tenth semester of her Law degree at Universidad Anáhuac México.

Before joining SMPS Legal, Ximena collaborated for a year and a half in the tax consulting area of Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa, providing advice to national and international companies on strategic tax matters to optimize tax efficiency and mitigate risks.

She has also assisted in drafting contracts and agreements related to corporate mergers, “donatarias autorizadas”, and Mexican trusts.
