SMPS Legal advised GCRE IV in a US$ 42.0 million syndicated loan.
MEXICO CITY, MEXICO, December 1st, 2022 – GCRE IV, an SPV focused on developing real estate projects for commercial and residential purposes, reached an agreement with various lenders to provide a US$ 42.0 million loan.
The main focus of the matter was centred around dealing with both lenders in order to reach an agreement regarding the borrower’s obligations, as well as the establishment of a mortgage over the borrower’s property in which a real estate project of 212 residential units, 5 office levels and 38 commercial modules to be finance by the loan is being developed.
SMPS Legal advised GCRE IV on banking and finance matters, including the negotiation of the credit agreement and the mortgage agreement.
