Miriam is a Law Clerk in the Antitrust and International Trade practices. She is currently a law student at Universidad Anáhuac.

She has collaborated in the legal representation of national and international economic agents before the Mexican Federal Economic Competition Commission (COFECE) and the Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT). She has participated in investigations of collusive conducts and abuse of dominance, immunity programs and pre-merger notification procedures. 

Prior to joining SMPS Legal, Miriam collaborated with leading Mexican law firms such as MCOY Abogados, S.C., in the Corporate Law practice, and later she was part of Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C. in the Antitrust practice.
