Labor
The Firm’s labor-practice group provides legal advice on all matters relating to labor law and social security, including recruitment strategies, the implementation and modification of benefit plans and employment conditions, labor policies, and compliance with labor-law provisions. We also have substantial experience in the negotiation of collective-bargaining agreements and other union-related matters.
We are experts at guiding our clients through a constantly changing legal framework, advising them at each stage of their human-resource and intellectual-capital strategies, including the new provisions stemming from the subcontracting reform in Mexico.
Our firm provides ongoing advice to companies on the negotiation and drafting of confidentiality and non-competition agreements, as well as on matters relating to profit sharing, pension funds, employment substitution, the hiring of expatriates, specialized service agreements, the incorporation of shared-services companies, benefit structures, employee stock options, savings funds and labor audits.
Our multidisciplinary vision assesses all aspects of our clients’ operations and helps them to develop their business while also mitigating risks.
We coordinate our clients’ labor-litigation strategies and help them to negotiate or terminate agreements with employees and to manage the resultant liabilities.
