SMPS Legal represented Mexican retailer Grupo Axo in the acquisition of Old Navy sold by GAP
MEXICO CITY, MEXICO, August 8th, 2022 – Grupo Axo has the exclusive rights to more than 20 international retail brands in Mexico – including Calvin Klein, Nike, Coach and Guess – through licensing agreements and joint ventures.

SMPS Legal advised Grupo Axo on the tax matters and structure for the acquisition of certain assets owned by ON Stores Mexico, a subsidiary of GAP INC, to operate, manage and distribute the Old Navy brand in Mexico.
