MEXICO CITY, MEXICO, May 4th, 2023 – SMPS Legal SMPS Legal advised Capital Índigo, a private equity fund with relevant presence in Mexico in the negotiations for the granting of an $150,000,000 Mexican pesos asset backed loan to Lácteos Ticoy, a company which core business is the production and sale of cheese, yogurt and ice cream, for the expansion of the factory, implying a direct growth of such company in the market.
SMPS Legal advised on banking, corporate and tax matters related to the loan.
